1. All Sales Are Final
Because each Southlight product is custom-made to order, all sales are final. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
Each item is crafted using the photos and details you provide. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on:
Customer-uploaded images (including cropping, lighting, or quality issues)
Design preferences or layout differences
Minor color or material variations
Please double-check all personalizations before placing your order.
3. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll gladly replace or remake the item when the problem is confirmed to be due to production or shipping error.
4. Shipping Issues
Southlight is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once the package leaves our facility, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
